President's Message
Welcome to our new club year! As I step into the role of President of Soroptimist International of Lakewood/Long Beach, I do so with deep gratitude for each of you and genuine excitement for what we can accomplish together. This year, our guiding focus is: "All in together and Together all in—Shared Leadership, Shared Commitment, Shared Impact."
My leadership philosophy is simple: there is no "Big I" and "little you." Every voice matters, every strength counts, and every member has something meaningful to contribute.
Our mission to empower women and girls through education requires all of us. I invite you to be all in with your ideas, your talents, your passion, and your commitment. When we are all in together, we create an impact far greater than anything we could achieve alone. Thank you for your shared dedication—let’s make this an incredible year of collective change!
